Instructions To Get Started

BrightConnect allows you to connect Brightpearl and Shopify. Are you ready to find the superpowers of your productivity?

Note: Our integration work parallel with the existing Native Integration of Shopify & Brightpearl. So, you need to make sure you have the Brightpearl app already installed & configured in your Shopify store. Click here for more details regarding the same.

To setup & configure the integration –

Step 1 – Email us to contact@apiworx.com to get an Account setup for you.

Step 2 – Once we create an account for you, you’ll get an email with Login details. Login to the Portal & go to the settings page to configure your integration.

Step 3 – Go to API settings, Connect your Brightpearl account & DSCO.

Step 4 – Go to Shopify tab under Settings, & select the frequency of the New Product synchronization. It can be 1 hr, 6 hrs, 12 hrs up to once a 1 week as well.

Step 5 – Select a custom field from Brightpearl in which you want the Images URL from Shopify to get synced to. Brightpearl API don’t allow to sync the images directly so to keep the images record we sync it to your chosen Custom field.

Step 6 – Select a default warehouse of Brightpearl which is equal to your Shopify so that while syncing the Location data to the Product our system currently create locations under the correct Warehouse. Along with that, set the Location type i.e. Aisle, Bay, Shelf or Bin.

Step 7 – Set mapping between your Custom fields of Shopify(using any Metafield add-on app of Shopify) to Brightpearl fields
